CDF Gen Muhoozi gives Kyagulanyi 48 hours to surrender to police

Chief of Defence Forces Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba posted on X that Robert Kyagulanyi had 48 hours to surrender to the Uganda Police Force, or he would be treated as an "outlaw/rebel". The Daily Monitor notes no law was cited; in further posts the same day Gen Muhoozi referred to NUP supporters as "terrorists" and said some had been killed.
