Chief of Defence Forces Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba posted on X recognising Edward Rukidi Nyabongo I as the new Omukama of Tooro. According to The Observer, he added that he did not want to hear of court cases but of a coronation date, as members of the royal family contest the succession.
