CDF Muhoozi Kainerugaba orders removal of immigration officers over ID access for Banyarwanda

Chief of Defence Forces Muhoozi Kainerugaba wrote on X that he had decided to remove all immigration officers he accused of making it hard for Ugandan Banyarwanda to obtain identity documents, saying replacements would follow. In a later post he alleged that immigration officers had denied his grandmother an ID and said they would go to jail, according to ChimpReports.
