Chief Justice Flavian Zeija signs instrument establishing mobile courts for islands

Chief Justice Dr Flavian Zeija said he signed an instrument rolling out mobile courts, particularly to serve Ugandan islands such as Kalangala and Buvuma that lack courts. He said the Judiciary had procured three boats, one of which had arrived, so judicial officers can hold sessions on the islands.
