According to a Judiciary news release dated 9 March 2026, reported by ChimpReports, Chief Justice Flavian Zeija reappointed Justice Stephen Musota as Chief Inspector of Courts for a second three-year term, effective 25 January 2026. The Judiciary said the appointment was made under Article 133(1)(b) of the Constitution and the Administration of the Judiciary Act, 2020.
