Clerk to Parliament recalls MPs from recess to receive National Budget Framework Paper

According to the Nile Post, the Clerk to Parliament, Adolf Mwesige Kasaija, issued a notice dated December 12, 2025 recalling MPs from recess for a sitting on December 16. The sitting was to receive the National Budget Framework Paper for the 2026/27 to 2030/31 financial years, as required by the Public Finance Management Act.
