According to ChimpReports, Court of Appeal Registrar Jane Mugala issued a circular directing that all filings, service of documents, acknowledgements and court fees be processed through the Judiciary's Electronic Court Case Management Information System. The court said its digital kiosks would be reserved for self-represented litigants and indigent persons, with wider public access only in exceptional circumstances.
