Deputy Speaker Tayebwa says President directed abolition of all fees in UPE schools from next year

Speaking at an NRM event in the Tooro sub-region, Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa said President Yoweri Museveni had directed that no fees be charged in any Universal Primary Education school from next year, alongside recruitment of more teachers. He also said the President had ordered more road funding, with larger districts given special consideration.
