Electoral Commission chair writes to police on presidential candidates' right to campaign as scheduled

According to the Daily Monitor, EC chairperson Justice Simon Byabakama wrote to police stating that presidential candidates have a right to campaign in different districts as scheduled. Kyagulanyi had told the paper he sought redress from the Commission over the blocking of his radio appearances.
