Uganda's Electoral Commission published a revised presidential campaign programme, according to The Independent. The revision followed a week in which candidates Robert Kyagulanyi and Patrick Oboi Amuriat were arrested and Norbert Mao, Mugisha Muntu and Henry Tumukunde suspended their campaigns. NUP spokesperson Joel Ssenyonyi said Kyagulanyi would resume campaigning in Kyenjojo and Fort Portal on 23 November.
