Electoral Commission suspends parliamentary voting in three constituencies over ballot paper error

According to the Daily Monitor, the Electoral Commission halted voting for directly elected MPs on 15 January in Kibanda North County, Ibanda Municipality and Ajuri County because ballot papers omitted the particulars of a nominated candidate. The candidate named is Benjamin Lumansi of the NEED Party, a contender in Kibanda North.
