Electoral Commission urges candidates to follow electoral laws after campaign clashes

At a joint briefing with the Uganda Human Rights Commission, security agencies and communications regulators, the EC spokesperson said some candidates were not following campaign guidelines and urged all actors to campaign peacefully, according to ChimpReports.
