According to ChimpReports, FDC chairman and presidential campaign head Wasswa Birigwa addressed supporters at Abarilela sub-county headquarters in Amuria District, urging Teso voters to back FDC presidential candidate Patrick Amuriat Oboi. He also criticised President Yoweri Museveni at the rally.
