According to ChimpReports, Finance Minister Henry Musasizi told Uganda Investment Authority management in a meeting that infrastructure in industrial parks should be developed faster and that parks should only be licensed once roads, water and electricity are in place. UIA Director General Robert Mukiza said 14 of 25 planned parks were operational and called for more government funding.
