Gen Muhoozi gives minister Kahinda Otafiire three-day ultimatum to apologise, threatens his arrest

According to the Daily Monitor, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba wrote on social media demanding an apology within three days from Minister of Water and Environment Maj Gen (Rtd) Kahinda Otafiire and threatened to have security forces arrest him if he did not apologise. This followed Otafiire's remarks in Parliament and at a lecture in Bushenyi criticising generals who prefer violence and distancing himself from the Patriotic League of Uganda.
