Health Minister Aceng asks President Museveni to replace Lira RDC at meeting with Lango NRM youth

According to ChimpReports, Health Minister Jane Aceng told President Museveni at a Sunday meeting with NRM youth delegates from Lango sub-region that the Lira Resident District Commissioner, Milton Odongo, should be replaced, saying some Lango leaders were working against NRM candidates. Odongo, who was present, said in an interview the next day that he had not reported the minister or Sam Engola as alleged and did not understand the dispute.
