High Court defers judgment in Bwowe's petition against Ssenyonyi's Nakawa Division West election to 30 October

According to the Daily Monitor, Justice Allan Nshiimye of the High Court postponed judgment in a petition challenging Leader of Opposition Joel Ssenyonyi's election as MP for Nakawa Division West to 30 October 2026. The judge said the judgment was not ready because some documents had been filed late.
