IGG report to President finds 182 Parliament staff recruited without jobs being advertised

According to NTV Uganda, the Inspector General of Government submitted a report to President Yoweri Museveni finding that 182 people were hired by Parliament between October 2021 and June 2026 without the posts being publicly advertised. The IGG said this denied other eligible Ugandans the chance to compete for the jobs.
