Joint operation in Koboko impounds charcoal and motorcycles, arrests one suspect

Police reported that a joint operation in Koboko District impounded more than 40 bags of charcoal and three motorcycles and arrested one suspect, while other suspects escaped. The operation enforced the ban on commercial charcoal trade in northern Uganda.
