Information Minister Chris Baryomunsi told NBS TV on Sunday evening that Robert Kyagulanyi was not being pursued by the police or army and should return home, and said the security presence at his home was to monitor visitors. The Daily Monitor notes that this contradicts Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, who has said the military is looking for the NUP leader.
