Ministry of Health bars mourners from eastern DRC from King Oyo's burial, citing Ebola

The Ministry of Health issued an advisory saying mourners from eastern DRC would not be allowed to travel to Uganda for the burial of Tooro King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru IV, citing the Ebola outbreak there, The Observer reports. The ministry said the Uganda-DRC border remains closed, and that it would provide an official link so Tooro subjects in the DRC could follow the burial online. Director General of Health Services Charles Olaro said Uganda remains under active surveillance.
