Ministry of Works and Transport begins nationwide consultations before relaunch of Electronic Penalty System

The Ministry of Works and Transport began countrywide consultations with transport stakeholders on the suspended Electronic Penalty System and Fine Issuance System, its spokesperson Susan Kataike told the Daily Monitor. She said most public concerns had been addressed and that the system would not be relaunched until issues were resolved, with policy matters to go to Cabinet and Parliament.
