Museveni appoints Henry Lutwama as Special Presidential Assistant and Coordinator of Bataka in Buganda

President Yoweri Museveni appointed Henry Lutwama as Special Presidential Assistant and Coordinator of the Bataka (clan heads) in Buganda, based at State House, according to a Ministry of Public Service letter cited by ChimpReports. Lutwama previously worked as a political assistant to the State Minister for ICT and National Guidance.
