Museveni directs official burial and three days of national mourning for Tooro's Omukama Oyo

The Observer reports that President Yoweri Museveni directed that the late Tooro monarch, Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, receive an official burial, with national flags flown at half-mast on the day before the burial, the burial day and the day after. In his message, Museveni said the government had supported the monarch's treatment in Germany and the United States, where he died on Thursday, and praised him for working with the Central Government.
