The Daily Monitor reports that President Yoweri Museveni last week flagged off construction of the 320-million-litre Kampala Storage Terminal, meant to raise national fuel storage capacity, and questioned having an open dumpsite close to the installation. The article does not say where the terminal is located beyond its proximity to the Buyala landfill.
