South Sudan's Foreign Affairs Minister Semaya Kumba said in a statement, reported by ChimpReports, that he and East African Community Affairs Minister Pieng Deng Kuol met President Museveni at his invitation during the 25th Ordinary EAC Heads of State Summit in Arusha. Kumba said he briefed Museveni on South Sudan's political situation and bilateral relations, and that Museveni sent a message to President Salva Kiir.
