The National Drug Authority said its special operation arrested Lance Corporal Jimmy Kisembo, a UPDF soldier working as a laboratory technician at Kabamba Military Health Centre IV, at a private house in Mpumude. NDA spokesperson Abiaz Rwamwiri said he had more than 150,000 doses of ARVs stolen from the facility and had gone there to sell them.
