NRM and South Sudan's SPLM sign party cooperation agreement

NTV Uganda reports that the ruling NRM and South Sudan's SPLM signed a cooperation pact. NRM Director Legal Enoch Barata said the agreement aims to build party capacity, promote democratic governance, empower women and youth, and support joint resource mobilisation.
