NUP supporter dies in hospital of burn injuries from suspected arson attack

The National Unity Platform announced that one of its supporters died in hospital on Saturday from severe burns sustained in what the party describes as an arson attack the previous week. NUP Secretary General David Lewis Rubongoya called for those behind the attack to be prosecuted. According to ChimpReports, police had not publicly disclosed details of the attack or of any investigation.
