Nzeyi's lawyer tells COSASE he will refund NSSF rather than vacate disputed Temangalo land

Lawyer Peter Kabatsi told Parliament's COSASE committee that businessman Amos Nzeyi would refund NSSF for the disputed part of the Temangalo estate in Wakiso rather than give up his home and the land around it. NSSF told the committee it served Nzeyi an eviction notice in June 2026 and has since gone to the High Court seeking possession of land it bought in 2008.
