The Office of the Prime Minister launched a five-year Service Delivery Strategy, with service delivery standards and a Client Charter, meant to improve coordination and accountability across ministries, departments and agencies. According to Nile Post, Minister for General Duties Justin Kasule Lumumba said the reforms are binding and will let citizens track service standards and raise complaints.
