One person killed by stray bullet at Kinoni Township, Lwengo, during protests

The Daily Monitor reports that one person was hit and killed by a stray bullet at Kinoni Township in Lwengo District during the protests over Robert Kyagulanyi's arrest. Greater Masaka police spokesman Muhammad Nsubuga blamed the deaths in the region on protesters.
