Parliament replaces directors Chris Obore and Daniel Adilo after their arrest on corruption charges

ChimpReports reports that Parliament's Director of Communications Chris Obore and Director of Human Resource Daniel Adilo have been replaced, days after the Inspectorate of Government arrested them with six other Parliament officials. Obore's assistant Grace Gidudu takes his post and Benson Masereka Oniz replaces Adilo. The IGG accuses Obore of embezzling Shs5.253 billion and Adilo of embezzling Shs14.608 billion between 2023 and May 2026.
