Parliament sets nomination and polling dates for EALA by-election

The Daily Monitor reports that Clerk to Parliament Adolf Mwesige Kasaija released a roadmap setting 30 and 31 March for the nomination of candidates and 15 April for Parliament's election of two members to the East African Legislative Assembly. The vacancies were notified by the EALA Speaker in a letter dated 17 March.
