Parliament's Public Accounts Committee recalls Finance Ministry over audit queries

According to NTV Uganda, a Finance Ministry technical team led by Undersecretary Sengozi Damulira appeared before Parliament's Public Accounts Committee, chaired by Kassanda North MP Patrick Nsamba, to answer questions on budget execution, fund absorption and financial governance. NTV reports the recall followed concerns that the ministry's formal response to audit queries had not been submitted to and considered by the 11th Parliament.
