Petitioner's handwriting expert tells court NUP agents' signatures forged in Bukomansimbi Woman MP petition

According to the Daily Monitor, a police handwriting expert called by petitioner Veronica Nanyondo (NUP) told the High Court that her agents' signatures on Declaration of Results forms were forged, in her petition against the election of Ruth Katushabe, who won by 206 votes per Electoral Commission results. Both sides agreed to rely on this single witness, and Justice Rosette Comfort Kania set November 5 for her ruling.
