Supporters of incumbent LC1 chairperson Hussein Ssegujja marched to Nabweru Division headquarters to demand a review of the Jinja Kawempe A Cell result, disrupting traffic on Bombo Road. URN reports that police and the army dispersed them with tear gas and live bullets and arrested several people; the protesters later walked to Kawempe Police Station to file complaints.
