Police and military block NUP candidate Kyagulanyi from campaigning in Moroto and Napak

According to the Daily Monitor, police and military deployments stopped NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) from reaching Moroto and Napak districts, where the Electoral Commission programme had scheduled him to campaign. He held roadside meetings in Amudat District instead and said the deployment was restricting his movement; supporters waited for him for hours.
