Police block Kyagulanyi's convoy in Kisiita, Kakumiro, after route dispute

Police said that on 21 October 2025 Robert Kyagulanyi's convoy left an agreed route in Kisiita Town Council, Kakumiro District, and drove on the pavement, damaging a police vehicle, leading to a standoff in which police blocked the convoy, PlusNews (Uganda Radio Network) reported. Police warned candidates against taking rallies to roadsides and trading centres.
