Police disciplinary court convicts ASP Clive Nsiima and recommends his dismissal

The Uganda Police Force said in a statement that its disciplinary court charged ASP Clive Nsiima with behaving in a scandalous manner and recommended that he be dismissed. Unless he appeals, the case goes to the Police Authority, which has the power to dismiss officers of his rank.
