Police pass out 1,910 Election Special Police Constables at Kazo Secondary School

The Uganda Police Force passed out 1,910 Election Special Police Constables recruited on three-month contracts from Kazo, Kiruhura and Ibanda districts, at a ceremony at Kazo Secondary School. Kazo DPC SSP Joseph Nsabimana, the Kazo District Returning Officer and local leaders urged the constables to act lawfully and with discipline during the elections.
