Uganda Radio Network, via The Independent, reported that President Yoweri Museveni appointed Agnes Alum, until then Registrar for Magistrates Affairs and Data Management, as Chief Registrar. She replaces Sarah Langa Siu, who was appointed a Judge of the High Court.
