Presidential candidate Mugisha Muntu suspends campaign over arrests of Kyagulanyi and Amuriat

Presidential candidate Gen Mugisha Muntu announced on Twitter that he was pausing his campaign until fellow candidates Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) and Patrick Amuriat were freed and their freedom to campaign guaranteed. According to the Daily Monitor, he called on the government to acknowledge that the situation was not normal.
