Prosecution witness in Besigye treason trial tells High Court that pistols at Nairobi arrest scene were planted

Prosecution witness Wilson Andrew, also known as Orlando, told the High Court under cross-examination by the defence that two pistols found in the Nairobi apartment where Kizza Besigye and Obeid Lutale were arrested appeared to have been placed there by Kenyan police and that the scene was stage-managed. According to ChimpReports, he admitted luring the accused to the apartment, receiving facilitation from the Ugandan government, and editing footage he gave investigators. The accused deny the charges.
