Speaker Among asks NRM to hold primaries for two vacant EALA seats

According to the Daily Monitor, Speaker of Parliament Anita Among wrote to NRM Secretary General Richard Todwong asking the party to organise primaries for two East African Legislative Assembly seats left vacant when Denis Namara and James Kakooza Mutagubya were elected to Uganda's Parliament. She argued the seats belonged to the NRM because the two had gone to EALA on its ticket.
