State Minister Muyingo urges schools to let candidates with fees balances sit national exams

During a visit to Uneb headquarters, State Minister for Higher Education John Chrysestom Muyingo called on schools to allow examination candidates with unpaid fees to sit their final exams, Nile Post reports. He also carried out spot checks at several Kampala schools, and the appeal came while arts teachers were continuing a strike.
