Treasury imposes fourth-quarter expenditure limits for FY2025/26, says PS Ggoobi

Secretary to the Treasury Ramathan Ggoobi told a Q4 press briefing that the government had set strict expenditure limits for the last quarter of the 2025/26 financial year. According to ChimpReports, he said the limits aim to keep spending within available resources while sustaining priority areas of the Tenfold Growth Strategy and minimum operational needs of ministries and local governments.
