Tumukunde urges Terego voters to persuade their MP, State Minister Obiga Kania, to join the opposition

According to ChimpReports, presidential candidate Henry Tumukunde told voters in Terego County to urge their MP, Minister of State for Internal Affairs Mario Kania Obiga, to join 'the forces of change'. He also criticised the creation of new districts and counties without adequate funding and promised prompt payment of salaries to serving and retired security officers.
