Uganda Journalists Association condemns attacks on journalists covering presidential campaigns

The Uganda Journalists Association issued a statement through its spokesperson Kabuye Viyeno condemning what it described as continued attacks by security personnel on journalists covering the campaigns. UJA demanded that the officers involved be taken to court individually and called for the release of a detained journalist.
