Uganda Law Society president writes to security ministers demanding action over missing activist Sam Mugumya

Uganda Law Society President Isaac Ssemakadde wrote an open letter to Security Minister Jim Muhwezi and Minister of State for Security Henry Tumukunde saying Sam Mugumya had been missing for 342 days, had not been taken to court and was not acknowledged as held by the state. He asked that Mugumya receive medical treatment, be charged or released, and be allowed to see his mother.
